Thank you for choosing Made By Planet™. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on our website.

Standard Shipping Policy
We deliver across India to major metros and select non-metro cities.
We work with trusted logistics partners for all shipments.

  • Shipping Time

​

  1. Since many products are made to order, each product page displays the lead time required before dispatch (typically 5–7 working days).

  2. Once ready, the order is dispatched by our logistics partner and delivered between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM on business days (Monday to Friday).
    Note: We do not ship on Weekends or public holidays.

  3. If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at support@madebyplanet.com​​​​​​

  • If Your Shipment Is Delayed or Lost

  1. In case of delays, please email us at support@madebyplanet.in

  2. If your shipment is lost or misplaced in transit, we will either resend the order, issue a credit note, or refund the amount based on stock availability.

  3. We may require written confirmation from you stating that the product was not received. The final decision will be made by Made By Planet™.

  • Shipment Processing Time

  1. All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment or confirmation.

  2. Delivery can be expected within 5–7 business days.

  3. During high-volume periods, processing or transit delays may occur.

  • Shipping Charges — Prepaid Orders

​

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Standard prepaid slabs:

Under 500 g - ₹89
500 g to 1 Kg - ₹149
1 to 2 Kg - ₹189
2 to 3 Kg - ₹259
3 to 5 Kg - ₹319
5 to 7.5 Kg - ₹669
7.5 to 10 Kg - ₹769
10 to 15 Kg - ₹869
15 to 20 Kg - ₹1,169
20 to 40 Kg - ₹1,269
Above 40 Kg - ₹1,499

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

 

  1. COD is available in select Indian cities. Standard shipping slabs apply.

  2. Digital products cannot be purchased using COD.

  • Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

 

  1. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  2. Tracking links remain active up to 7 days after delivery.

  • Liability for Duties & Shipping Damage

 

  1. Made By Planet™ is not responsible for customs charges, duties, or taxes (if applicable).

  2. We are not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. Please file a claim with the courier and share supporting images/videos with us.

  3. Keep all packaging materials until the claim is successfully processed.​​
