Return Process
If your return request is approved:

We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address wherever possible.

In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may need to self-ship the product to our warehouse. Reimbursements for self-shipping will be provided as per actual courier slip shared.

Returned products must pass quality checks before a refund or replacement is processed.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued only after the returned item reaches us and passes quality checks.
Refund mode depends on the original payment type:

Prepaid Orders (Online Payment)

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

The customer will have to share their bank account details. Made By Planet™ will process the payment in 7–10 business days.

Replacement Policy

If the product is available in stock, a replacement will be shipped once the returned product clears quality checks.
