At Made By Planet™, we take pride in curating sustainable, earth-friendly products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our policy to understand how returns, replacements, and refunds work.

  • Eligibility for Returns

 

We accept returns if:

  1. You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  2. The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Products that cannot be returned will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.

  • How to Request a Return

 

To initiate a return, please write to us at support@madebyplanet.in with:

  1. Order Number

  2. Product Name

  3. Clear images/videos showing the issue

  4. Unboxing video (strongly recommended as supporting proof)

 

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and confirm next steps.​

  • Return Process

 

If your return request is approved:

​​

  1. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address wherever possible.

  2. In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may need to self-ship the product to our warehouse. Reimbursements for self-shipping will be provided as per actual courier slip shared.

  3. Returned products must pass quality checks before a refund or replacement is processed.

  • Refund Process

​

Refunds are issued only after the returned item reaches us and passes quality checks.

Refund mode depends on the original payment type:

  1. Prepaid Orders (Online Payment)

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

​

   2. Orders Paid Through Cash on Delivery

  • The customer will have to share their bank account details. Made By Planet™ will process the payment in 7–10 business days.

  • Replacement Policy

 

  1. If the product is available in stock, a replacement will be shipped once the returned product clears quality checks.

  2. If unavailable, a refund will be processed as per the refund mode applicable.

  • Order Cancellations

 

  1. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  2. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may raise a return request (if eligible) after delivery.

  • Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain product categories may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene, perishability, safety, or customization. These will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.

  • Conditions for Return Rejection

 

Your return may be rejected if:

  1. Product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering

  2. Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing

  3. The issue reported does not match the evidence submitted

  4. The return request is raised beyond the 48-hour window
